「足英台(Tsiok Ing Tâi)讀冊會」來囉~
足英台讀冊會欲做ê代誌，是逐家共同研究共英文翻做台文。目的毋是欲揣出「上好」ê翻譯，是透過交流佮討論，豐富台語ê表達、提升台語ê活力。活動原則上「無華語」，台語為主，英語為輔。
The Tsiok Ing Tâi Study Group provides an occasion for people to discuss translation of English texts into Tâi-gí (Taiwanese). It is intended to vitalize Tâi-gí and make richer this language’s expressions through exchange and discussion rather than to produce “the best” translations. The event is bilingual: Tâi-gí and English. Participants are expected to avoid speaking Chinese.
